Nantucket Lodging Reservations
For stays of three nights or less, full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. For stays of four nights or more, a 50% deposit (with a minimum of three nights) is required to confirm your reservation, and the balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellations
If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival. If we receive timely notification, we will refund your deposit, less a 10% fee for handling and processing. If we receive your cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will only be refunded to the extent we are able to re-rent the room.

We cannot be responsible for late arrivals or early departures due to weather or any other circumstance. Please remember that, because of Nantucket's unique location, we must rely on advance reservations.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets are welcome at the Brass Lantern Inn with a special treat. Arrangements must be made at the time of booking a pet friendly room. The pet fee is $20 per day and owners provide food, bowls and all equipment, including a crate, if your pet is crate-trained. The guest takes full responsibility for the pet including liability for any possible damage to any part of the Inn caused by the pet. The complete "pet welcome" information will be provided at the time of booking.

Check in and check out times
Check in time is 2 pm and checkout time is 11 am. We are happy to store your luggage should your travel plans require you to arrive earlier or depart later that our posted times.
